Return & Refund Policy

At Gaurkri Ayurved Private Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in manufacturing, packaging, and delivering our Ayurvedic products to ensure the highest quality and safety.

Since our products are made using natural ingredients and designed for personal use, we maintain strict hygiene standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or leaked during transit.
  • You received a defective product.
2. Return Request Process

If your order meets the above conditions:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our support team will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

No product will be accepted for return without prior approval from our customer support team.

3. Replacement Policy
  • Approved replacements will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after your claim is verified.
  • If the same product is unavailable, you can choose an alternative product or request a full refund.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed under the following conditions:

  • The claim has been verified and approved by our quality team.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund is processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Free samples, trial packs, or promotional items
6. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all products, and in case of an approved return or replacement, no additional shipping or pickup fees will be charged to the customer.
