• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  
• Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
  
• Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery.
  

3. Free Shipping

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or delivery location within India.
  
• No hidden costs or additional delivery fees are charged at checkout.

• Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure that your shipping address, contact details, and pin code are correct while placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

• Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
  
• If delivery fails due to unavailability or wrong address, the order may be returned to us.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@gaurkriayurveda.com with your order number and photos.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
